This interior study showing a parlor or sitting room by Miss I.R. Hooper of Boston appears in the August, 1890 issue:
Our Illustration.
THE excellent example of interior work which we give this month is from a negative by Miss I. R. Hooper, which won a diploma at the last Joint Exhibition, and it is well worth careful study for its arrangement of details. The block was made by the Moss Engraving Company, and the prints are from the press of our own printers. (p. 287)
