Santa-Barbara, CA based commercial photographer Charles H. Brown, (b. 1873 ?) most likely did this modeling study in the mid to late 1920’s for a manufacturer of swimwear. The model is identified as Helen Mansfield on print verso who is shown wearing a one-piece lifeguard swimsuit with sewn emblem patch on her chest.
