Baker, of Birmingham, England, won $20.00 and an Honorable Mention in the contest for The Fairy Tale in  Class C. Open category/Enlargements. After the cover, it is the first original photograph featured in the volume pagination, opposite the introduction: The Story of the Pictures.

Mounted using Kodak dry mounting tissue on the volume manilla leaf, the photograph is printed on Velvet Velox (re-developed) photographic paper.
