This is a small, (32mo) thick laid paper glued-over boards volume. Top edge gilt featuring a red silk bookmark and uncut as well as cut, hand-made paper pages featuring tipped photographic plates on Japanese vellum. Tissue-protected plates with bound guards printed by red ink letterpress. Twelve photographs printed as multiple-color halftones (possibly by Quadri-Color Company of New York City) comprising eight plates by American Photo-Secession founder members Clarence Hudson White and Gertrude Käsebier & an additional four architectural photographs showing views of the newly built Rochester Trust & Safe Deposit Company in Rochester, New York. 26 unpaginated text pages (both sides) including title page but excluding front and rear endpapers, photographic plate pages and tissue guards.
