Aardappelschilstertje | Potato Peeler

Aardappelschilstertje | Potato Peeler

Wearing traditional wood shoes, a young woman peels a potato while standing in the doorway of a building with a thatched roof- most likely her home.

Editorial comment for this plate:

With the plate.   (translated)

Our first Helio in this year, goes with this No. 5.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the production of this has been delayed.

Better light in the coming months, has already solved a major objection by itself. A description of the recording is not necessary here, since the data on the plate “Aardappelschilstertje” is mentioned.

We hope for the next month to be able to present another beautiful three-colour print based on a recording by Prof. Miethe, which will certainly be well received, just like its predecessor was in the previous year found support.
