Four Chrysanthemum blooms are arranged in a vase. The artist is believed to be Margaret Florence Banks: 1872-1949. 

Banks was born on 4 July in Everton, Liverpool, England. England & Wales Census records from 1891, 1901 & 1911 give her occupation as dressmaker. As of this writing, no other details could be gleaned from secondary or other sources regarding her work as an amateur photographer. Acquired June, 2018 from English dealer who purchased small archive of photographs by Banks in late 1980’s from estate sale in the village of South Brent, Devon.
