Cover compiled with leaves bound by cord through 3 holes punched along left margin, with the recto paper stock, possibly wove,  being coated over the photo-transfer title done in calligraphic script by A.R. Gurrey Jr. (uncredited, but consistent with script copy blocks signed with his monogram)
