Edoardo before a mock-door on an Ancient Roman Grave

Edward in front of the door of a Roman funerary mausoleum, in Pompeii outside Porta Nocera. The mausoleum which has a square shape is characterized by Doric columns. The travertine door which leads to the burial chamber is unique but is made as two doors, with a bronze ring handle on one side and the parallel one in relief on the other; above it there is the keyhole of rectangular shape.   ⎯ Wikipedia (translated)
