Mechanized harvesting has overtaken manuel labor in most parts of the world. Overt romanticizing aside, PhotoSeed’s collection is an opportunity to see a world without the advent of the Industrial Revolution. “Harvest” is one example from this era by the Hofmeister brothers of Hamburg, Germany.
