Ludwig Petschka ran a namesake grocery store in Herzogenburg, Austria and was active as an amateur photographer in Herzogenburg and Austria in the first decade of the 20th Century. Several commercial photographic postcards bearing Petschka’s imprint have also been discovered of pleasing scenes taken around the town.
