This marine study shows a sailboat sailing off towards the horizon on open water off the coast of Tilbury, England. It was taken by English amateur Ralph Rowland Rawkins 1874-1951. The following details for the print were supplied on a paper label for the club included within the portfolio:

One of the “beauties” of this folio. Mr. Rawkins is always successful with veiled sun effects  –Jeannie Welford
