The heliogravure that we now have the pleasure of offering to our subscribers was made after a photo kindly given to us by Mr. R. P. Smith in Groningen and entitled “DITCH”.

The photo was taken with a folding camera 9 x 12 with Voigtländer Collinear on Cadett Royal Standard Extra rapid. The photo was taken at the end of April 10 o’clock in a bit misty weather with f 6.8 and 1/199 sec. The ditch is in Groningen on the footpath of the Northern park.
