Ernst Juncker, a language teacher and amateur photographer from Davos in Switzerland, died on December 26, 1901, (1.) and is listed in the German photographic journal Photographische Rundschau that year as being Chairman of the International Photographic Association, in Davos. The February, 1902 issue of the Rundschau noted his passing: “Of the outstanding amateurs, Ernst Juncker in Davos, whose recordings we have published several times”… p. 60
