The United States Capitol building with rotunda dome is seen illuminated in this nighttime study by Camera Club of New York member Lewis M. McCormick. 


In the late 19th and early 20th Century, McCormick was a curator at the now defunct Glen Island Museum of Natural History located in Glen Island Park (New Rochelle) on Long Island Sound. ´╗┐
