Enclosed within the sixth and final issue (Lieferung) of Die Kunst in der Photographie for the year 1902 were these three printed publisher’s announcements by Wilhelm Knapp in Halle a/S. At the end of each year of the journal, it would have been typical for the publisher to inform subscribers they could purchase compiled annual volumes of the journal, as well as order yearly volumes from previous years. This ephemera was loosely inserted in the final issue, along with separate folded letterpress intended for binding.

For 1902, the letterpress consisted of a Half Title Page with name of publication and year; a separate letterpress leaf with a Message from editor Franz Goerke; (printed recto and verso) a Title Page: DIE KUNST IN DER PHOTOGRAPHIE | HERAUSGEGEBEN VON FRANZ GOERKE | SECHSTER JAHRGANG  1902 | HALLE  A. S. | VERLAG VON WILHELM KNAPP; Plate Index Pages listing the 36 individual photogravure plates by author and title, followed by 24 individual mounted autotype (halftone) plates by author and title. (60 total plates for 1902)
