Beloved Rescues All, and now in Doggy Heaven. Left: Jojo, a Jack Russell & Beagle mix, was found in 2012, wandering in an Illinois cornfield at six months old. She lived and loved for nearly 13 years, until March 2025. A happy traveler and constant companion, she will be missed. Right: Pepper, a glorious mutt, was also found wandering in Illinois, on the streets of Springfield in 2008. Thunderstorms gave her a fright, but she was active, loyal and attentive. She would go on to live another four years, until 2012.
