Born in Honolulu, amateur artist Annie Hamlin Parke (1858-1950) was one of the four original founding members along with professional artists (Mr.) D. Howard Hitchcock, Allan Hutchinson and amateur artist (Mrs.) W. M. Graham, of the Kolohana Art League in 1894, the first art society in Hawaii. (1.)
