EDITORIAL NOTES.

Our picture this week is from a photograph by Mr. Wm. A. Hubbard. It represents the interior of the stateroom of the palatial Hotel Waldorf. It was this apartment that was occupied by the Duke of Veragua on his recent visit. The fire-screen, standing behind the table, was presented by the Prince of Wales, and is a most costly and beautiful work of art.
