Cocoanut Palms.

Our frontispiece, this week, with its misspelled title, concludes the series illustrating “A Photographic Trip in the Torrid Zone,” by Maximilian Toch. The concluding picture, like those which have preceded it, is thoroughly characteristic of the country illustrated, beside being an interesting picture in itself.
It was reproduced from Mr. Toch’s negative by the New York Photo-Gravure Company, and the greenish ink employed, as Mr. Toch says, “adds to its effect.”
